By accessing and using BeadSnap (https://beadsnap.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

BeadSnap provides a browser-based tool for converting photos into Perler bead patterns. The free version offers basic pattern generation capabilities. BeadSnap also offers a paid Pro Pattern upgrade that unlocks additional features such as smarter cropping, better color matching, larger pattern sizes, and enhanced PDF exports.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use BeadSnap only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that any photos you upload to the tool are your own or that you have the right to use them. BeadSnap processes all images locally in your browser — we do not have access to your uploaded content.

4. Intellectual Property

The BeadSnap website, its underlying code, design, and branding are the intellectual property of BeadSnap. The bead patterns you generate using our tool belong to you. BeadSnap is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Perler, Hama, Artkal, or any bead brand. Brand names mentioned on the site are used for descriptive compatibility purposes only.

5. Paid Services and Refunds

BeadSnap Pro Pattern is offered as a one-time purchase. Payment is processed securely through Creem, our authorized payment partner. All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where required.

Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with your Pro Pattern purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@beadsnap.app. Refunds will be processed through our payment partner and credited back to your original payment method.

6. Limitation of Liability

BeadSnap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide a reliable service, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy of bead color matching, pattern quality, or uninterrupted availability of the tool. BeadSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Third-Party Services

BeadSnap uses third-party services including Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google Fonts, and Creem (for payment processing). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to BeadSnap for users who violate these terms. In the event of termination, any valid refund requests for recent purchases will still be honored under our refund policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of BeadSnap after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
